Overview
Hyperstor1600SA is a high performance storage solution in rack-mount type using PCI-X 64 bits RISC processor to enhance I/O speed and parity checking.
In addition, dual channel FC/SCSI Host Interface allows flexible storage solution application simultaneously enhancing system reliability.
With 16 EIDE HDD Bays, up to 4.0 TB (using 250GB HDD) storage capacity becomes possible that were unthinkable with previous IDE storages. With expanded storage capacity, total storage solution is possible for any storage areas where high performance and flexible data management are very critical.
HyperStro1600 includes internally integrated UPS to protect data from unforeseen accidents more reliably with simpler maintenance. Internally integrated UPS in HyperStor1600 is first among 16 bay SCSI/FC-ATA storage products in the world. With 2 LCD panels for RAID configuration and system monitoring HyperStor1600 is customer friendly design for ease of use.
