Overview
The Sentry24™ NT (IP Network Transmitter) system is a security system component that monitors and controls your analog data such as video, audio, sensor, alarm and P/T/Z command signals in real-time across Intranet (Local Area Network) and Internet (Wide Area Networks).
Based on the TCP/IP protocol suite and the Ethernet technology, The Sentry24™ NT is fully compatible with the latest networking standards.
Any existing CCTV security camera data can be easily converted into IP-based digital security data. The Sentry24™ NT system converts the existing analog CCTV signal into IP-based digital streaming data and transmits the streaming data to targeted IP-based PC or Sentry24™ NVR across Intranet (LAN) and/or Internet (WAN).
With the Sentry24™ NT system, the management of your security is convenient and very accessible. You can remotely view and configure Sentry24™ NT system from anywhere with your Internet Explorer browser. In addition, our specialized Sentry24™ client software can manage multiple Sentry24™ NT products collectively over Intra/Internet from a remote central location.
The Sentry24™ NT system is an advanced complete video solution package that is designed to simplify the total control and consolidate a complicated security environment by supporting both digital streaming and analog CCTV signal data at the same time.
The following diagram shows how Sentry™ NT devices can be networked in Intra/Internet environments.
